1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Pathshala OS mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Pathshala Inc ("Pathshala," "we," "our," or "us"), a company incorporated in the state of Virginia, United States.

2. Description of Service

Pathshala OS is a mobile application that provides information about Pathshala Inc's education technology platform, including:

• Information about Pathshala OS — the platform for educators to run, manage, and scale their education business
• Career Center features and tools that connect learning to outcomes
• Contact and inquiry submission for prospective educators, institutes, and organizations
• Scheduling and booking functionality via integrated third-party services

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the contact form
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the App or our systems
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Pathshala Inc and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"Pathshala," "Pathshala OS," and the Pathshala logo are trademarks of Pathshala Inc. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Cal.com for scheduling and Amazon Web Services for infrastructure. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PATHSHALA INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pathshala Inc, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Loudoun County, Virginia.
